Due to the recently strong performance by Ansgar Knauff for Eintracht Frankfurt, there were rumors that BVB could bring it back to Dortmund prematurely.

According to information from Sport1, the 20-year-old will fulfill his loan contract with the SGE. The wing player was awarded by BVB to Frankfurt for 18 months in winter and is expected to appear there until at least summer 2023 for the SGE.

Even a change to another club is out of the question this year. Knauff wanted to develop in Eintracht and first confirm the positive first impressions.
